Because you receive immediate access to digital materials and intellectual property, refunds are not provided. Memberships may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your billing period, and then access will be removed. We reserve the right to remove any member from the community or membership area at any time if behavior is inappropriate, disrespectful, harmful to other members, or violates the integrity of the community. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
