Poker With A Purpose was created by us — David A. M. Richards and Sasha Faynshteyn — as a reflection of our own inner work and transformation.
The results we've created (and continue to create) — at the table and in our lives — come from choosing to embrace the discomfort. From meeting mental and emotional pain head on and from stepping into fear, uncertainty, and the unknown instead of avoiding them. As we did that work, everything shifted — not just for us, but for the people around us: clients, family, and friends. That’s when it became clear this work is bigger than personal results.
Poker With A Purpose grew out of that realization. What began as our own inner work became something we feel called to share.
Drawing from our backgrounds in professional poker, EQ workshops, transformational coaching, NLP & other healing modalities, we now support players in going beyond results — and into something sustainable, grounded, and real.
